Animal-based food products

Animal-based food products such as meat, milk, meat or milk products have the capability of spreading pathogen agents liable to cause contagious animal diseases.

EU authorities carry out very strict veterinary control procedures on these products. Passengers must submit these products for control. For further information, contact the local health authorities.

* This does not apply to passengers coming from Andorra, Faeroer Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland and carrying reduced quantities of these products just for personal use.
