Air One is an Italian airline that merged with Alitalia on January 13th, 2009 setting forth an agreement the two companies
signed on December 30th, 2008. The company derives its name from Aliadriatica established in Pescara in 1983.
In 1995 the company changed its name into "Air One" and started operating its flights between Rome and Milan and gradually to all Italian destinations and abroad.
Today, within Alitalia strategy, Air One is a “Smart Carrier”, able to give top-quality service at a low price. Air One was conceived in view of offering some segments of the Italian market that are typically more price sensitive, a more varied choice with a brand name, an operating model and a set of innovating services which will certainly be further developed in the near future
The new company profile is that of a young and energetic company with a dedicated network structure and able to offer competitive prices as well as a transparent and simplified service.
Air One new “mission” is aimed at upgrading its historical positioning boosting its energetic character its reliability, with a careful eye to keep prices competitive and offering its customers a made-to-measure travel experience.

Code of Ethics
Air One, a company forming part of Alitalia Group, has developed its own Model of Organization, Management and Control pursuant to the 8th June 2001 legislative Decree and has adopted Alitalia Code of ethics.
This Code of Ethics identifies the general rules of conduct to be observed by its administrators and employees with the intent of ensuring the proper functioning of all management aspects in terms of social responsibility and environmental ethics.
Model 231 is aimed at governing all stages of decision-making and operation of the business based on legality, transparency, fairness and respect of rules.
